Thomson tech support

My T.V. decided to give up on life last night, so after some fruitless searching on the net I decided what the hell I’ll try Thomson’s email support form, and I was amazed they actually replied! In under 5 minutes too, unfortunately it seems I’ll have to get it repaired, but their reply was very polite and helpful, not really what you expect from tech support nowadays, especially on a Saturday afternoon, it has impressed me so much that I will try to make my next TV a Thomson/Ferguson too.
