Windows 10 explorer crashing loop

I’ve had a few problems with Windows 10, my latest was stranger than normal, explorer kept crashing, the taskbar would vanish then come back, I’d try opening my computer and it would crash again.  The solution was fairly simple, just before this had happened I’d turned off Nvidia DSR, as DSR makes text smaller I had turned Windows scaling up to 175% to better read text, apparently this caused Windows to go haywire, eventually I got into the scaling settings and turned it down to 150%, after a reboot all was fine again.  I did get a little hint from this thread at tenforums, I’m not that good at blindly guessing Windows bugs.

I’m hoping the next insider build fixes some of my issues…

A person in a motorized wheelchair sits outdoors overlooking a wide landscape of fields, trees, and a distant town. The wheelchair is fitted with mounted devices and has a “STARK INDUSTRIES” label. The person wears a Guardians of the Galaxy T‑shirt and a cap that says “STARK” Above the photo is the GoFundMe logo, and below it the campaign title reads: “Help Daniel Replace His Failing Wheelchair and Stay Active.”
