Darwin imagery add-on for World Wind

Darwin imagery

In his spare time what nick has made a mosaic of JAXA 2m imagery for the Darwin area, I then did the easy part of tiling the imagery for World Wind and producing an add-on.  I was originally going to release this as a kml, but a 16MB Jpeg overlay was a little large (over 900MB uncompressed), and as World Wind doesn’t yet support tiled overlays this seemed the best route.

I hope you enjoy the imagery, its not a huge area but hey its free :).

The person wears a Guardians of the Galaxy T‑shirt and a cap that says “STARK” Above the photo is the GoFundMe logo, and below it the campaign title reads: “Help Daniel Replace His Failing Wheelchair and Stay Active.”
