Microsoft live terms of use

Microsoft have released a simple version of their terms of use for live services, they seem pretty good to me and far more relaxed than Googles, if you like me are concerned that Google can at any time choose to close a website just because it has a Google Earth screenshot, use Microsoft live services instead.

I’m sure many businesses wills start shifting over to Microsoft with terms like these, good job Microsoft, maybe you should change your slogan to ‘Do less evil than Google’.

See my earlier posts regarding Googles terms of service to understand my concerns, So what is Googles policy for enforcing it’s EULA?, Gaia – a love letter from google, Google gives take down order to Mapping Hacks, Google Earth is NOT free v4 beta, USDA disallows use of Google Earth, and Google Earth is NOT free.
