Summary

This is a report from the workshop “Google Earth and other geobrowsing tools in the environmental sciences”, which was jointly organised by the Reading e-Science Centre and the National Institute for Environmental e-Science and held at Downing College, Cambridge on 2-3 April 2007. This report contains the original aims of the workshop, the agenda, the workshop outcomes, a summary of the plenary discussion and the abstracts of the talks.
